    Idli sambhar recipe

    1. Soaking rice and urad dal separately 5 to 6hours
    2. Grind the rice and urad dal that you had soaked in water
    3. Add salt and mix batters in large bowl
    4. Fermentation batter 8-12hours
    5. After that fermentation next step is steaming idlis grease the idli molds with oil
    6. pour batter into the molds and steam in an idli steamer or pressure cooker for 10-15minutes
    7. check idlis to any sharp object just like toothpick and knife whatever you have then idli are ready
    8. use knife and spoon to remove idli
    9. serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
