Idli sambhar recipe
- Soaking rice and urad dal separately 5 to 6hours
- Grind the rice and urad dal that you had soaked in water
- Add salt and mix batters in large bowl
- Fermentation batter 8-12hours
- After that fermentation next step is steaming idlis grease the idli molds with oil
- pour batter into the molds and steam in an idli steamer or pressure cooker for 10-15minutes
- check idlis to any sharp object just like toothpick and knife whatever you have then idli are ready
- use knife and spoon to remove idli
- serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
